Duško Korać was born in Loznica on March 14, 1968. Child of educators. He has been engaged in poetry for several years. In 2014, his debut "In Loznica Memories" was released,  followed by "Hanging Gardens of Words" in 2015. Many of his poems have been published in collections such as "All the Colors of Summer", "Beneath the Rainbow", "Her Name Is Woman", "Skadarlija Bohemia" and "Almanac from Autumn". The poem "Stone Heart of an Angel" won the third prize as per the audience jury at the "Poetic Stage Plus" competition in Ćuprija.
